How is pricing structured?
Refix starts free with 7,000 credits per week and 2 active connectors, all features included. Pro is $150 a month for 150,000 credits, unlimited connectors, and a forward deployed PM. Enterprise is custom.
What changes between plans?
The product is the same. Free is limited by weekly credits and two connectors, and it is for launch week only. Pro raises the credit ceiling, unlocks unlimited connectors, and adds a forward deployed PM. Enterprise adds custom connectors, access management, dedicated onboarding, and a self-host option.
Do we lose features on Free?
No. Every plan includes all features. Credits and connectors are the limits, not a feature gate.
