Your goal stays in focus. The work moves forward.

  • Start with the outcome

Tell Refix what you want to improve. It works out where to begin, using what it knows about your business.

  • Pursue the next opportunity

Each finding shapes the next investigation. Refix follows promising leads and revisits the goal as new evidence arrives.

  • Know when you're needed

Get an update when there's a finding to act on or a question your team needs to answer.

Finding the obstacle

See what's holding the goal back.

More demand should mean more bookings. When it doesn't, Refix investigates the gap across your connected data. You get the evidence behind its recommendation and a next step to consider.

  • Asks a teammate when context is missing
  • Adjust the goal, pause it, or stop it

Questions about watchers.

Setting a goal and staying involved as it progresses.

Talk to a human

What is a watcher?

A watcher is ongoing work toward an outcome you choose, such as improving retention or reducing failed payments. Refix returns to it over time, using what it learns to decide the next step.

How do I start a watcher?

Tell Refix the outcome you want in plain words, such as helping more customers return for a second booking. Set the focus together, then let Refix continue the work.

How often will a watcher message me?

A watcher can continue working without sending an update after every check. It reports useful findings and asks when it needs your input.

What if a watcher needs information it cannot find?

Refix asks for the missing context. With Slack connected, it can reach the teammate who knows the answer and use that answer in later work.

Can a watcher take action on its own?

Refix investigates and plans its next steps without another prompt. Actions in connected tools follow your workspace's approval settings.
