Grow revenue in new markets

Your next market may already be showing up in your data. Refix looks for demand you aren't serving well and helps your team choose where to invest. It follows the rollout through revenue and repeat business.

How the work unfolds

Day 0 Goal delegated

Find the next city to grow our activity marketplace. Use the demand we already see, and protect acquisition cost, contribution margin, and cancellations.

Refix

I'll compare searches and bookings with local supply and costs. I'll bring you a market test with the evidence. Launches, budget changes, pricing, and supplier commitments need your approval.

Day 7 Opportunity detected

Refix

Bristol has growing weekend searches from unpaid traffic, but most listed activities only offer weekday slots. Comparable activities book well when weekend places are available. More advertising would bring people to the same supply gap.

I've drafted a limited test with existing suppliers that already run weekend sessions elsewhere. It includes expected booking revenue, local costs, and the demand each supplier could serve.

Day 8 Action agreed

Tom Marketplace Manager

I'll confirm weekend capacity with the suppliers. Start with three activity categories, hold paid spend steady, and check the results before we add more.

Refix

I've set out the rollout checks in the brief. Once the slots are live, I'll follow completed bookings and local margin. I'll compare similar cities and wait for the cancellation window before assessing the result.

Day 56 Outcome checked

Refix

Completed weekend bookings grew after the new slots opened, beyond the seasonal increase in comparable cities. Local contribution margin met the target. Acquisition cost and cancellations stayed within the agreed limits, and repeat bookings are beginning to appear.

Family activities still show demand with little weekend supply. I'm checking that category with operations before recommending the next expansion.
