How is pricing structured?
Refix starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro and 70,000 credits. Then Pro is $150 a month for 150,000 credits, or $1,500 a year for 1,800,000 credits, plus a forward deployed PM. Enterprise is custom, including air-gapped self-host.
How does the free trial work?
A card is required to start, and nothing is charged today. You get 70,000 credits for 14 days. On day 15 we charge $150 for Pro monthly unless you cancel before the trial ends. Pro annual works the same, then $1,500 a year.
What changes between plans?
The product is the same. Pro raises the credit ceiling and adds a forward deployed PM. Enterprise adds air-gapped self-host on Kubernetes, your LLM gateway, OIDC, restricted outbound connections, and dedicated onboarding.
Do we lose features on the trial?
No. The trial and every plan include all features. Credits and support are what change, not a feature gate.
